Migrating ReadonlyREST's 1.71 TB build catalog off AWS S3

Beshu Tech migrated its own ReadonlyREST build catalog from AWS S3 (eu-west-1) to Hetzner Object Storage (hel1) via DeltaGlider. The catalog went from 1.71 TB to 134 GB — roughly 1,270% smaller. Sample: a 2.8 GB plugin reduced to 32 MB, bit-perfect on SHA-256 round-trip.
