Migrating ReadonlyREST's 1.71 TB build catalog off AWS S3

Beshu Tech migrated its own ReadonlyREST build catalog from AWS S3 (eu-west-1) to Hetzner Object Storage (hel1) through DeltaGlider. The catalog went from 1.71 TB to 134 GB, roughly 1,270% smaller. One example is a 2.8 GB plugin that shrank to 32 MB and came back bit-perfect on a SHA-256 round-trip.
