Beshu Tech is migrating its own ReadonlyREST build catalog from AWS S3 (eu-west-1) to Hetzner Object Storage (hel1) via DeltaGlider. The first three verified versions stored 8,850%, 410%, and 380% smaller. Sample so far: a 2.8 GB plugin reduced to 32 MB, bit-perfect on SHA-256 round-trip.

A synthesized scenario: daily Postgres dumps stored as deltas against the previous day. Expected result: 500%–5,000% smaller, depending on workload churn. Reproducible end-to-end with a single Docker compose.
